Welcome back to The New Era Assist.

If you run a sales or service team, you already know the problem. You have a great call once in a while, a rough one once in a while, and no real way to tell how the rest went. Listening to recordings takes forever, so most calls never get reviewed at all.

So we built a small tool that reviews all of them. Every call gets written down automatically, scored against what your team decides a good call looks like, and turned into a short report card. One person now oversees every call instead of spot checking ten a week.

It has four moving parts. The call gets transcribed the moment it ends. A bot reads it against your written standard, the same way a great manager would if they had the time. It hands back a grade with one or two specific things to try next. And the notes sync straight back into your CRM, attached to that contact.

The part the team actually likes is that it is not a gotcha tool. A rep can pull up their own call, read the grade, and fix the thing before the next call, without waiting on anyone. It turns into self coaching. Managers see the same grade, so the feedback feels fair, because everyone is held to the same written standard.

The biggest surprise was training. New hires used to take weeks to find their footing. Now they make a few calls, read their own report cards the same day, and adjust before the next one.

One piece of advice if you try this. Write your standard first. The tool is only as good as your definition of a good call. Spend an afternoon with your best people writing down what actually wins.

Want every call graded and coached automatically? Let us scope it.
